Please note that during your call operator on duty informs you the number of service personnel. Continuous analysis of www.astanaairport.kz corporative site feedback from the passengers received in the form of comments and suggestions is used to improve service quality. Astana Airport will continue to implement measures to improve the quality service. Recording will allow tracking the effectiveness of personnel, analyzing complex situations, moreover, raising level of safety.
