Etihad airline expressed gratitude to the personnel of Astana airport

Etihad airline cooperates with the Airport Astana during five years. An indicator of successful work is growth of passenger traffic, which caused increase of flights capacity to two times a week. Following the results of the year Etihad airline organized an awards ceremony of the best staff of passengers handling service for conscientious work, skill and professionalism. The award ceremony took place on 24 December 2014 in a conference room of Astana airport.

Romanenko the Head of Handling of Etihad airline in Astana airport noted advantages of each of agents in passengers handling. Agents of Astana airport honesty performed their duties, quickly solved tasks set before them, followed rules on work with passengers of the airline, coped with non-standard situations. Etihad airline awarded the best agents:

Madina Dosmurzinova – check-in supervisor;

Madina Adibelbekova– check-in supervisor;

Manat Utekeyeva – check-in agent;

Aisulu Dzhusupova– check-in supervisor;

Zhanara Sarsenbayeva –baggage tracing agent.

They were presented memory gifts from the airline.

The gratitude of airline to Astana airport confirms not only fair accomplishment of terms of the Contract for ground handling but also partnership between Astana airport and Etihad airline.
